With ViArt helpdesk module you can set the types of a support ticket. Setting the right type of a ticket helps a support team to correctly identify the issue. Currently, there are four types of support tickets available:
- Bug/Issue;
- Question;
- Wish/Request;
- Other.
You may wish to add another type of a ticket by clicking the New Type link.
Type Name field specifies the new type of a support ticket you want your customer use while creating a request.
You can choose whether to show this type of a request to a user or not. If yes, then check off the Show for User box. If not, then leave this checkbox without changes.
Click the Add button to save the new type of a support ticket. If you do not want to save the type, click the Cancel button.
To edit an existing type of a ticket, choose an appropriate type and click the Edit link. Make the necessary changes and click the Update button to save the changes.
