Viart Shop

One more feature of ViArt Shop is that it provides you with a possibility to support any product you need. To set the product you want to support, you should go to Administration > HelpDesk > Products and click the New Product Link.

Please, enter the correct name of the product you want to support in the Product Name field. This field is obligatory.

You may choose whether to show the product to a user or not. If you decide that this product should be visible for a user, then check off the Show for User checkbox. If you do not want to show the product for a user then leave this checkbox unchecked.

Click the Add button to add this product. You may add as many products as you need.
