ViArt Shop gives you the possibility to create and edit statuses for your replies to customers' support tickets. This option helps you to sort all the tickets at your convenience. Currently, there are several available statuses, like the following:
However, you can edit or add a new status according to your requirements. To add a new status, please go to Administration>HelpDesk>Statuses and click the New Status link.
Status Name requires the name you want to assign to this new status.
Status Caption field allows you to make more detail description of the status name. For example, the name of status is 'New' and captions name can be 'New Request Added'.
There is a list of properties you can check off to tune this status. For example, if you decide that it is necessary to set this status when the customer replies, then you check off the appropriate checkbox.
HTML tag BEFORE Summary and HTML tag AFTER Summary fields allows you to change the look of your status. If you want it to be bold, you should enter an appropriate html code.
If you need to insert some image to the status, then you need to specify the path to the image for this status in the Status Icon field, like in the example shown. |
