I've noticed that my pages have been loading much more slowly now that I have all of my products listed. Particularly the products section. I decreased the number of products shown on each page and edited the images to much smaller sizes but the loading times in the products section are still >10seconds. Is there anything anyone can suggest to decrease the page loading times?

In the morning there was "only" 5-10seconds, but now this is 10-25 second. :(
I've submitted a support request, hope that Viart stuff will find the problem fastly... Maybe this is just a freezed service on the server, that needs just a minute to restart.

"We would like to notify you that we are currently moving to another (more reliable and powerful) server so you could have such problems during some period of time but it will be adjusted shortly"
So Dont Panic! We will get a better performance in short time!

I was able to get mine to load in under 1-2 seconds by adding a cdn network. You guys should try that out

Hi folks
I have first off noticed the site especially the admin side really slow. But i just found another major problem that i'v just emailed support about ( But its the weekend thus the groan crie de cour here!) I have a multicart 3 shops $ Euro and £ . Each one is set up with its own pricing vat etc . Now a customer from the UK just purchased and to my horror the UK and Euro customers are getting sent to the $ store. Now this was working ok a couple of weeks ago and i havn't touched anything! Theree must have been some changes done by Viart and i really am in a mess as this weekend i sent out loads of email to my customers . I just cannot be sure wheat i need to swap about to get it all pointing in the right direction so i think i will just have to stew until Monday .Thanks for your ear! Paul

I've got the same problem, and the answer is:
Please use Your shop's domain as the FTP host. Will work in this way!
