Dear Brian,
We have received your request 7/14/08 11:20 PM GMT when our office was closed.
We addressed your issue today at once when we started working and now your problem has been solved.
We do our best to cover as many working hours as possible to provide our customers with fast support but of course sometimes you have to wait for a few hours until your issue is investigated and fixed.
