Thanks to your comments about Call Center.
We are aware about the problem with shipping calculation. The fix will be included in the nearest release or will be issued separately.

I use call center a lot, and when I go there, select a customer, and add items to the order, the shipping never updates to reflect the actual shipping cost for the weight of the total order. It's always the '1-pound' cost and never changes. Obviously this costs me money each time.
Also, how is it possible to add options and accessories during the call center order? I can add a product, but not any of it's options, so....
What I do now is create a customer's profile, then log in as the person, run through the checkout process to get the actual shipping cost and so on, and that works, but this is really silly considering we have the call center. Am I expecting too much from call center?
