About cs-cart where do you want me to start I bought one licence for one of my domain I logged a support call to update my cart from 2.2.5 to 3.0.3, instead of updating my existing shopping cart they created new instillation in new directory emails going and emails coming and still nothing happen I just cant believe that I have to explain to them by login 7 tickets with there support just to update my cart fair income Viart you won me again. I stopped my next three purchases for additional three domains and im coming back to Viart god what a mistake I’ve done. Not happy.

Well, after all my concerns and uncertainty about what I do with my shops I decided to stay with Viart.
 
I bought an extension for my five domains and paid Viart to do the upgrade for me - and I am very pleased I did.
 
They installed very fast and efficiently. Then I had a problem with the database and discovered I needed v5 rather than the v4 mySQL that ws currently in use. I set up the new database and Viart said that they would move my tables to the new db for me.
 
What can I say? Helpful and efficient as they always used to be and winning me back.
 
Not only that, my sites were hacked a week ago and Viart were so very good at helping me to resolve the problems that were not of their making.

Hmm.. What happened to the random product block that was talked about?
And I am very disappointed that you didn´t kept your promise to me about adding tax to the payment fee in this version, now I seem like a crook to my customers..
Also, what happened with the order maintanance that was supposed to be totally rebuilt? I cannot see any big changes?

I have only assumed that the update demands a new license, but when update from 4.0.8 do I need to buy an updates extension or does the old license work for version 4.1 even if the update period have expired?

Will any of us offer a cart company that has all the features listed here for under $400.00 USD? If so, I'm ready.
 
If there is no such company, then I suggest we all continue to work with Viart, and Viart work with us to get where we want to be.
 
I don't mind paying for special things that go production after I paid for it...it's cheaper than spending months getting a new cart set up from another vendor who charges 10x what Viart charges for an Enterprise solution.
