How do customers cancel an order, I cant find the option?

They ask me and I cancel it in admim - don't think the customer can do it any other way.

When you edit order status there available two options:
- if order has this status user can cancel such order
- set this status when user has cancelled the order
 
I think you can try to use them.

Wow, that's really strange.. I mean, every webshop has the option to cancel your order. Strange, but I'll make my own button then :/

Actually 'Cancel' button will be added automatically to user order page if you select 'if order has this status user can cancel such order' option for some status.

Another easy way is to change the wording from
"empty cart" too "cancel order"
