Has anyone any idea which version is the current stable version.
 
Is it 3.5 or 3.5.13
 
I.e which version does somebody get when downloading from the web site home page.
 
I was under the impression 3.5.13 was only in beta mode ( e.g being tested before release) therefore making 3.5 the "latest" stable release.

When you download file you get 3.5 release.
3.5.13 is available only by direct link. However it has some fixes for bugs of version 3.5 (common situation in software development )
