I have an odd problem. Our coupon box at checkout has disappeared. I can't seem to find a reference to it in the settings or the templates, so I don't know how to fix it. I know it used to be there because we made a test coupon and tested it.

I thought I'd answer this myself in case anyone down the road wonders the same thing.
 
The coupon box isn't on the checkout. The customer must click the 'view cart' or 'your basket' link and view the contents of the basket prior to clicking the 'check out' link. The coupon code is only on the basket part. I think most customers will click the 'check out' link when ready to pay, so they won't get the option to add a coupon.
 
We have removed the 'check out' link and replaced the text for the basket link to say "view cart and check out" so they are forced to go to the basket page before checking out.

GingerSue I have a block "Coupon Info"
on the page: Administration > CMS > Checkout Personal & Delivery Data Page.
 
Can't remember but this must be a standard block - check your admin CMS to see whether it is there.
 
I have the coupon block at the top of the checkout page.
