Where can I change/add new Product Specification Groups?

I am not able to loacet where I can add or change the predefined specification groups in my version (4.08)?
Would someone be so kinds as to tell me?

Did you find it?
I'm on 4.2.0, but it should be in the sample place.
Dashboard>Products>Product Types
