I've been looking through the V.4.0.7 CMS pages for a way to add a new opinion poll, and somehow it's so obscured I can't locate it. It's not on any of the CMS main headings like CMS Blocks, Pages, Navigation, Blocks, Pages, etc.
 
I do find "Poll" in the Global block under CMS Pages/Layout as 'Poll' but that only lets me add the "Poll" block, and no way to add a new block or poll. I'm confused, and Viart has yet to provide a V4 manual with details, so PLEASE, someone who has found it let me in on the secret! I'll put in a good word with Santa for you!

Oddly enough, this is now under tools.
 
Tools > Tools > Opinion Polls.

You are right, we will move Opinion Polls and Filters to CMS tab in the next version.
