half of our words are in english and 1/2 in jibberish ???

We have subed a ticket, and have a backup from 2 days ago, but question concerning user data base ?
we have had several new users sign on and order, what data do we need to move from todays backup, to the one 2 days ago if we have to run a dump ? we have been lucky up too now and have not had too... maybee we should have been more prepared ???

Just an note to you all for IE6 Users that recently updated, this is what is causing the UTF8 to not being read correctly....
Microsoft is busy on a fix
