We purchased Viart last year due to a friend telling us how amazing it was. The setup was easy, installation was convenient, but the problems are slow to fixes.
It's been almost two months that our site has been up and orders cannot be placed/shipped due to errors in the PHP code. One fix leads to other issues at a constant rate.
Currently, we only suffer UPS.PHP module issues. With the current fix, it fixed one problem to cause others. The problem relies when it takes over 24 hours for a response or at a fix at a constant rate during the past two months.
Viart ever thought of a chat room? Maybe a better "time slot" for live support?
