As a consultant, I am assisting a Viart Shop Hosted customer with certain aspects of their site development. We are currently trying to configure email settings. I am finding that process to be far more difficult than it should be, primarily due to inadequate documentation. I also don't understand why an SMTP service is not included with the hosted service. I assume that means we will have to obtain a separate hosting account solely for SMTP functionality. Is that correct?
