I'm having difficulty trying to install viart_shop-3.5.
 
I've followed the instructions on the install.txt without success. Loaded files in ascii mode except images. Can you suggest other things I should check pls?

I gave up trying to get it to work on an upgrade
went back to 3.4.7

You are supposed to upload in BINARY mode
 
I found the following on the download page
 
"IMPORTANT
If you are uploading ViArt Shop to your web-server via FTP, please remember that all files from includes folder should be uploaded via BINARY MODE only."

It couldn't be any bigger!! Probably need my specs changing.
