No probs to bring up.Just want to say the Viart cart/company is awesome. I run 3 stores from the same admin.With another cart i would have to purchase 3 carts and of course it wouldn't be as integrated. My customers really like the audio video samples. I am sure it has helped with sales. That's it really.Just wanted to let you know i'm awestruck! And that also goes for the support at viart. I have never known such support anywhere else

Any chance we can we check out your site. Would love to see how you've incorporated Video samples. I'm just starting to go through the manual but don't see that mentioned yet.

I have not yet used some facilities for example the customer review and forum facilities.This is because of the work involved in monitoring etc but i will introduce it soon ( I think..!) Again the beauty of the beast! You can be so flexible with all this..you are in control of it and can let the customers join in too.

PS I actually paid Viart to incorporate the audio video preview. They have done a great job and made it very easy to manage from the admin.In the standard cart you have you can actually have a sample downloaded and i guess somehow add source code to blocks to maybe get preview..but i am not into any of that.I mean this I would really mess up!!
