Hi!
I dont understand why viart helpdesk cant send tickets to gmail mailbox. To my mailbox at mail.ru all tickets were sent successfully.
Can anyone help me?

We have no problems sending e-mail to gmail using ViArt. I suggest you check if gmail spam filter is blocking your e-mail.

a little mistake. I tried again. It looks like tickets can be delivered only with function admin email notification. emails to departments do not delivering.
