Viart only provides me with a fast technical support twice,
that's just within 48 hours after I've paid them.
 
Now I have 2checkout Parameter Error problem,
googlecheckout problem and Uninitialized string offset problem.
 
It's been 4 days and they seems totally ignore my problems
and only asked me login details to delay the support. I'm not happy.
 
PS:
1. 2checkout Parameter Error problem
 
I've had a problem with 2checkout,
when a buyer goes to this page
https://www2.2checkout.com/2co/buyer/purchase
 
The pages only shows,
Parameter Error.

This is very strange since last time I tested 2co, it worked well,
but now it didn't work, I didn't change anything and I had
followed their installation instructions regarding 2checkout.
 
Also my 2checkout account is verified and has no problems.
 
anyone can help me out?
 
 
2. googlecheckout problem
My googlecheckout seller email box everyday receives
"Attention required: order notification failing" from Google Checkout
saying:
 
We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://www.mysite.com/payments/google_checkout.php As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications.
 
To help you identify the issue with your callback URL, please review the errors we encountered while sending notifications to you. To review this error information:
 
1. Sign in to Google Checkout.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click Integration.
 
Error messages will appear under 'Integration Issues.' If necessary, you can also update your callback URL in the 'API callback URL' box on the same page.
 
I saw a couple of error messages at my googlecheckout seller account:

when I ordered an item and just paid it by paypal,
order status is validated
when I click on Order Details,
the top of the page shows:

if you click on previous orders, this will not show.
 
 
Anyone can give me some advice? I'll pay you 5-10 pounds
for each problem since the technical support is not able to sort these out for me.

Support guys do seem to get sidelined every now and then and im sure its not intentional. Update your current ticket and ask them what is going on and explain the urgency of the issue Wink

Yes, I feel it is unfortunate that users so often feel the need to air such a gripe in this public forum - if you are unhappy e-mail them support@viart.com and express your feelings. My experience is that they will be concerned to find they have let you down and deal with your problem straight away.
 
I would be upset if one of my customers went to a public forum to gripe if they hadn't first contacted me to ask why I had not responded.
 
I am sure you are very well intentioned and anxious to sort out your problem - and I am sure they will respond to an e-mail. Wink

1. Your problem with 2CO must be because of an unapproved account - please contact 2CO.
 
2. https://www.mysite.com/payments/google_checkout.php - I feel you should type something different instead of 'mysite.com'...
