When creating a buyer or trader account a VAT number field is provided (ViArt 3.6).
All data filled in the profile is automatically filled in the corresponding fields in the address part of the basket. But the VAT number is not automatically filled in. Our customer must fill it in by hand each time.
Is there a way for the VAT number to be filled in automatically the same way as the other fields are (name, surname, etc.).
We have created a Custom Order Field for the VAT number and it works fine when we fill in the VAT number by hand.
The question is how to fill it in automatically from the data given in the customer's profile ?
