I just got this error message when I was completing a test order on my site. "VA_PDF error: Unsupported image type: gif" This error came up both on the final order completion page and when I tried to look at a pdf invoice for the new test order. Pdf invoices for earlier orders are fine.
 
I am running IE 7 as my browser (maybe it's an IE7 issue?), and I haven't changed any settings in the Viart software.
 
Anyone have any ideas as to what might have gone wrong?

Yes prob IE7 try it with firefox prob ok...

I just tried using Firefox and got the same error...has to be something else.
 
I also noticed that the shopping cart is not sending out notification emails once an order is completed either...I don't know if that is relevant or not.
