Yes, it is. ViArt Shop can automatically update the order status when it is changed or updated in the Google Checkout Merchant Center.
To turn on this functionality, please go to 'Settings, Integration' page of the Merchant Center and set your URL to google_checkout.php in the 'API callback URL' field, like:
https://www.your_site.com/payments/google_checkout.php and set the 'Callback method' to 'XML'.
