Is anyone having problem installing Viart 3.5 on localhost.
 
My installation gets stuck during selection of template.

no problems here.. try restarting your server first

Nor here, in fact Ive done several installations upgrading pre-production versions.

Yeah, Mine is doing the same. I got a new server and at the template screen, after you select, it goes blank. Then, when you try to access viart, it comes up trying to re-install again. I havent found a remedy, but Im looking if anyone else knows.

The problem you are facing is due to corrupt downloaded file of Viart.
 
You have to download the zipped file again from Viart.
 
Then it will work, this is how i got it to work. The zip file was corrupt due to which some files were missing or were corrupt.
