Greetings Everyone,
I want to point out first that I am still using the trial version. I want to make sure everything works properly for my needs before I pay for a license.
I have a USPS Web Tools account and it has been set up point to the Production server, both on the USPS side and in the Viart Cart configuration.
The External check box is also checked.
When I go to check out, there are no shipping options, all I see is this:

Please select preferred Payment Gateway *
Personal
Credit/Debit/Paypal
And when I click "Continue" to check out I get this error:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do I need to add anything to it?
