We have made a fix of USPS V3 module script after release 3.2 has been issued.
Description.
There was implemented a correspondence between USPS country list and country codes from table va_countries. Now USPS country name is used in request for shipping rates to USPS server if possible.
Solution.
Please, download an updated version of the script from here:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/usps_v3-3.2.zip
Then extract the script usps_v3.php into the /shipping folder replacing existing one. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the current files in case something goes wrong.
