I have setup a user notification to be sent when the status of an order is changed to "Goods Shipped". Works fine, but for some reason it seems to pick and choose when it sends the notification.
Even if the status is applied and it doesnt send the notification- it does not even say in the history that it has sent it.
In summary, it works sometimes it doesnt others? Anyone have any ideas...
