I bought the enterprise version... can I structure URLS in this manner?:
 
domain.com/category/subcategory/Item-name.html? or domain.com/Store/category/subcategory/Item-name.html?
Would prefer to be able to rename store to one of my keywords...

Do you mean URL alias? It's one of the features of Viart. It's either called URL alias or Friendly URLs.

Not sure about the category/subcategory part but if you have a play with friendly URLs you should be able to work out something that suits you.
 
Not sure what you mean by renaming store to a keyword. Do you mean install into a folder named your_keyword? Just install into that folder. Or if you have already installed, rename the folder and change your config file to reflect the new directory

I think you can eliminate the category sub category and just have http://www.yoursite.com/Item-name.html
