Its going on 4 days with tech support and ups.php is working, but not showing shipping information.
 
When a customer enters their information and goes to check-out, shipping infomation is bypassed and they are charged without shipping.
 
If anyone has a fix for this while I continuously wait for tech support, please let me know.

Not sure if this would help. But Anjula mention a fix or upgrade for UPS shipping module. See if this address your problem.

thanks Tony. I ended up just deleting the entire site and doing a re-install with all the new patches. Worked like a charm! :)

UPS.PHP is working correctly now.. unfortunately, it's only working for LARGE ITEM packaging which kills off small business vendors.
 
Viart made a notion to fix this in the next release... i hope they do... Otherwise, things are really looking shady.
