I've tried to upgrade my cart exactly as stated in the manual and it still doesn't work. Please lend some advice as to what I'm doing incorrectly.
 
These fiels have been uploaded via Binary.
 
Database error: Invalid SQL: SELECT setting_name,setting_value FROM va_global_settings WHERE (setting_type='global' OR setting_type='products') AND site_id=1
MySQL Error: Unknown column 'site_id' in 'where clause'

I also get this error message on the home page.
 
Block doesn't exist:product_types_priv

You did of course search this forum and see that this problem had come up before? Try "Database error".
Did you raise a support ticket?
 
It occured because of the addition of database fields in the change of versions from simple site to multi-site capabillity.

I think that you need to submit a new ticket at https://www.viart.com/support.php
as this forum is not used for support and only for sharing ideas by customers.

You just need to log into admin panel and run database upgrade routine
