hello, ok i have an issue with upgrading, i have uploaded the new files but now when i visit site it is trying to do a fresh install?
I checked var_definition.php and it was empty so copied over setting into it from backup, save it but still trying to do fresh install and var_definitions.php is showing no content with web cp editor but console cat shows it has details fine.
