Hello all,
 
I recently purchased an updates extension for 2 activated sites.
 
I upgraded to 4.08 and the applied the new license in binary format.
 
However the site is still reduced and only limited categories are showing + article are missing. A bit like the trial version really
 
I am not sure what to do now as I will either have to revert back including reverting back to a 3.6 version database or wait till Viart are back in service on Monday then hope hey can help.
 
All the time we are missing orders.
 
Is there anybody out there who can help

Just in case the same happens to anybody else
 
I have fixed the problem
 
I had to remove the commenting out of the site_id in var_defiantion as we have multi sites still evident in the database (albeit the other 1 we do not use).
 
I stupidly copied the old database settings over to the new var_definition file but left the site_id commented out.
