Hi!
Please, can anyone help me to find solution. I have a already installed cms on my local computer and when I tried to import sql dump to server phpmyadmin sad 1046 error. This error is a charset error.
After finding a solution using search like google, I replaced in sql dump file this: ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=cp1251 to TYPE= .... etc, dont remember now. So, database importing was successfull.
 
But now I have a "arabic" language displaying on index page of site.
 
What should I do to fix it?

go to ur var_definition file in your /includes folder. Change language to "en"

I need russian language. There is russian language now in var-definition. Or I should change to english and then change back to russian. Will this fix it?
