I have site visits enabled in my installation and I know that i am getting hits from google.com searches, but when i look at "Visits From Search Engines"
 
1. Only google.com is showing up
2. When you click the keywords link, nothing is shown.
 
Does anyone else have this occurring?
If not what do you have set for the Search Engines parameters for the various search engines.

Could I get some feedback on this please??
 
I'm trying to build up the "Search Engines" static table to be able to identify Search Bots and separate them out from the crud properly?
 
 
I know we can use GA, but for the Prod Mgrs, its easier for them to see a count on the Dashboard for site visits and then just click on the number to see the spread.
 
I have found this list of UserAgent strings, but my REGEX is not that good.

There's a difference between Robot Visits and Users Agents.

Understand all that.
What I am wondering is if as a group of Viart users (or Viart themselves) we could formulate a new list of Robot's to populate Viart with.
 
I know for a fact that the 'default' MSN entry is OLD.
 
Whats your take on MJ12BOT??
Should I be blocking any particular BOT agents in .htaccess?

If you're using GA, then I would believe the bots would be listed there. We could all double check those, and create a list I suppose? Thoughts?
