I want to apply a one time charge to the total order amount (example €20) for handling. How and where do i set this up?
 
I want to apply extra cost to the total order amount when an order is below a certain amount (ex: total order amount < € 50 then € 20 additional cost)
 
I want to apply 2% discount on total order amount when the order is > € 1000 excl.VAT.
 
For the discount i tried using the coupon but this can be removed by the user. Also looked through the online manual, but can't seem to find the answer.
 
Appreciate any help/guidance where i can set-up above rules for discount and charges.

Hi,
 
You may set up handling cost in the shipping methods. With the 2nd question it may looks like this:
 
1. if order is <50 than: handling=40EURs
2. if order is >=50 than: handlign= 20EURs
You need to make 2 types in 1 method (module) to make the 2 different points.
 
The auto-applied coupon is the best way to make discounts. It will shown in the cart, and the user can remove it. But I have not ever seen a Customer, who removed a discount coupon... this is the life... :)
