I would like to have an editable template for these forms so that we can have more control over the information on them, and the style.
 
For example, I would like the total order weight on the invoice. Also, on the packing list I'd like to add some extra lines at the bottom like "Packed by ______________".
 
I would like to know if other users would like to see this feature as well.

I did have such custom work done for me a long tiome ago but it fell out of use as we changed our procedures.
 
If I can find an old copy I'll let you have it, otherwise you will need to start over again.
