Hi,
 
On the user page i do not want to show ADS and FORUM,,, where do i shut these item off ? (in custom pages forum is turned off, not show on site)

Ads can be turn off from 'Administration > Customers > Profile Settings / Types > Customer > Edit Type'
please uncheck here 'Can user add new ads' option.
 
Unfortunately there is no such option for Forum currently and you can remove it only by editing user_home.html template.
