I have received two support requests on my Viart system, I am not using the support module so it surprised me. The support requests are patently bogus but I wonder how they got in how to stop it in the future.
 
The forum won't let me enter the text of the support request as it contains "forbidden content", I have turned it into a jpg file. It can be accessed at:
