The validation code has disappeared from my support page. Nobody can submit a support request because they can't enter the code. I see that my last support request was on March 31. Someone tracked down my email address today and told me it's not working.
 
validation_code.php calls out 2 files in the includes folder: var_definition.php & common_functions.php I haven't touched them, unless indirectly through various updates to pages in admin.

Answered! Here is what ViArt support replied in case anyone else is fixing this problem:
 
Validation code images use GD2 library but this library doesn't result to be installed on your server. We suppose that your hosting provider has probably deleted the library from the server. Please, refer to your hosting provider and ask them to check if GD2 is still installed.
 
I was getting help from my hosting company and they must have reset things without GD2.
