I would like to have a multilingual site, So I would like to use UTF-8 as encoding,
 
since Viart requires to use [es][/es] language tags, you need to enter multiple languages in one field so UTF8 support is required.
 
is this possible with Viart? (I know this can cause problems in Database/search/PDF etc)
 
What is your comments on this ?

I just copied the unziped the zip file (messages_utf8.zip) in the messages folder, is this all I should do?
 
(I think I should also do some changes to the database connection)

I think the messages.utf8.zip file has some missing lines.
