Can anyone tell me the average wait time when a question is sent to support? I am on day 5 with not return email. After i purchased the software i have less help. I hope there is just a back log and its not the normal response time. They did come to my site an "look" at it this morning but still nothing.
My issue is that on import all fields are not getting stored ...it was working fine and i do not know of anything that has changed. on import i get only the product name and number, weight but no photo URLs are stored. I know that is too general with out looking at it first hand.

looks like i may have made a mistake. the software seems to be well written but.. i am unable to wait a week for a reply. guess we may see if they will stand behind the 30 money back policy. I wish everyone else the best

Have you tried Live Chat - Viart is usually very good. Try this and you will probably get all you want.

It does look like they have taken a week off at the present time- no Live Chat (in normal hours) or replies and it's mid week.

They have responded to me, so I'm assuming they're fine, or that whatever your question is requires so more in depth research.

Well i did get a reply telling me that they needed to look closer at the problem that they got errors as well. then a day later they email me and tell me it worked fine for them. They never logged in and looked first hand at my problem. now it is over a week on the same issue and not one step closer to a fix .. I am totally at a standstill waiting on help. i think over a week is insane to have to wait. I truly hope no one else experiences this type of delay. come on Viart support your paying customers PLEASE.

I always get very good support and if I reply that the issue is not resolved they usually get back to me again quite fast, so I am puzzled by your problem.
