Is it just me or does the support seem to take forever, if they respond at all. I am demoing the product and it wont upload images as needed in the front end or admin area.
 
Just wondering what others have seen when contacting support.

They are only available Mon-Fri 9-5 GMT UK as far as i am aware so any request submitted at a weekend wont be looked at until Monday. Generally ive found them pretty good and within 24 hours although sometimes i have had to update a ticket to ask them whats going on.
