I've just installed Viart to test and I'm getting strange price behaviour in the cart.
 
For example.
 
I can set a price of $1.00 and it displays as $1.00. I come back a few hours later and it displays as $1.26. Then it'll revert back again to the correct price. It appears to be completely random and the incorrect difference is always 26%.
 
I've checked the tax settings which I've set to 7% for Canada and disabled anyways and every other thing I could think of. No luck yet.
 
Does anyone know what the heck is causing this?

Did you look at the currency setting? This is what maybe throwing it off. Sounds like it is showing up in US $.
 
26% is about the exchange rate between Canada & US.

That was the problem. I had US set as default currency and it would show me the exchange price after I logged in with my Canadian address. That would explain the on again and off again price changes.
