Since some time I receive lots (sometimes 20 a day) of emails from 1 of my own shops!!!???
 
Subject: "New post at forum :: Email problem"
Text: "Topic descrition: Is there a problem with the email? I don't seem to be getting emails when they are sent to me. "
 
The sender is the Admin from the site (so coming from my own email address).
As I have multiple shops (3.5) and also some testingsites (version 3.6), I don't know from which domain it is coming from.
 
Maybe it is best to eliminate all php files with "forum" in it from my server (as I don't use the forum option).
 
But first I thought let's ask if someone else has the same problems?

that comes from the default forum subject of viart installation. If you dont require forum, simply remove this subject.

But how can it be that it is sending itself emails to me ?
And not 1 a day, but about 20-25 e-mails all the same text.
I don't understand how that works.

It is a spam-robots.
Make so:
 
Administration> Forum> General> Forum> Edit Forum
Access Levels - all ff
 
Letters any more will not be.
