Probably an authorised reseller who gains affiliate fees for sales of viart products and re selles them:

They have rebranded it though and are marketing it as a new script.

I have gone thru their website and I don't think it's totally the same as they only have 4 templates, no classified ads and affiliate system and lots more that are not available. That's far more inferior and not as powerful as viart.

Thanks for your question. As a matter of fact, this is not a ViArt reseller, but rather a person/company who has stolen the old version of our shoppping cart and now they offer it as their own.
 
So, if you want to use all the functionalities of ViArt Shop as well as to receive our support we would recommend you to purchase our license.

Sadly a lot of people will buy anything if its cheaper than the original :( Simply search google for your favourite software and add "nulled" to the end of it.
