I am trying Viart 3.4.5 since a couple of days and to be honest I liked it very much. But before I buy it I have some questions:
 
1- I try to insert a flash banner by using the instructions in this forum from the following link: http://www.viart.com/adding_a_flash_banner.html but I could not avoid the showing the banner title. If I set alt text then Alt text will be showing. You can check the problem from the following link: http://viart.karnas.com.tr/index.php. I think this is a bug, but instead of fixing it if there is a feature to use flash banners it would be better.
 
2- I want to use credit card installment options in my site, but I could not find how. I mean when the user goes to payment page he could choose to pay the price between 1-12 or more equal payments for example 6 months, 10 months or 12 months by paying more for interest rates. For this there must be a setting for the interest rates for the gateways, and the system must be calculate the prices accordingly.
 
3- Another issue is using multi currencies in store. I mean showing some prices as USD some others EUR and the rest YTL (Turkish Lira). USD and EUR prices must be shown together with YTL according to the currency rate. Is that possible?
 
4- I need to delete some product categories and some news categories but could not succeeded. Actually I could not find a way to delete any defined categories even it is created by me for example in the manual section. Please help!

well... as far as prices... you can do subscriptions to automatically charge the customers each period... not sure about finance charges... that type of transaction requires using dynamics and having your data carry over automatically.
 
products and categories.. click edit next to the category... at the bottom of the edit page... click delete.
 
currency... that's a custom work which ViArt will do for cheap

But flash banner issue still stands.
 
For partial payment methods we do not do it. It is between the bank and the customer. The customer wants to pay it lets say in 5 months period, he pays it to the bank. The bank pays our Money cutting the finance cost of 5 monts credit to the customer. I think it is not possible via Viart, but we do it with our POS machines. And all the online shops in Turkey do it very well. But, I have seen a variable named "Taksit" when I looking settings of the payment gateway named Garnati. This is what I looked for.
After that maybe you advise me something different. I can also pay some fee for this functionality.
 
I will think about showing multi currency prices at the storefront too, but I should know the price first.
Please give me the modification fees separately.
