I am testing your evaluation copy of your shop.
 
- Isn't it possible to enter the product description in different languages (e.g. german and english) ?
 
- is there a way for automatic shipping calculation ?
 
- Product Details / multiple input fields
I have a lot of products (electronic components) with different sizes/designs
Is it possible to create the product detail page with multiple input fields (qty.) ?

I have ViArt calculate automatic shipping calculations by using US Postal Service Realtime Rates. You just have to be certain that your product weights or option weights are accurate.
 
You can also have multiple input fields. For example, I sell coffee. On any given product, a customer can choose an option for:
 
Grind (Whole Bean, Auto Drip, Fine, etc)
Amount (1 pound, 5 pounds, case of 2oz pacs, etc.)
 
On items for sale like my coffee club, there are multiple options, such as type of coffee, whether they want to add additional products, whether they need a gift card, etc. I'm sure you could create options with multiple choices in a dropdown box for a customer to choose.

For example within a product description you would need to enter:
[en] one, two, three [/en]
[de] Eins, Zwei , Drei [/de]
[fr] un, deux, trois [/fr]
......
 
Then when a user selects thier language in the language bar, only thier corresponding language product description will be shown.

Where can I add/edit the product description for each language ? I can't find it in admin section.
 
What about the shipping calculation. Is it possible to
see the shipping costs in the cart ?
 
What changes do I have to do if I want to give the user
the possibility to order via fax or debit / invoice ?

When you create a product you will see a long and short description field.
Within each appropriate box you need to write the decription in every language as was mentioned previously
 
[en] one, two, three [/en]
[de] Eins, Zwei , Drei [/de]
[fr] un, deux, trois [/fr]
  
Yes once you set up shipping in shipping methods the available shipping for the products purchased shows within the cart.
 You need to amend the 'personal' system to suit your needs.
