After a lot of research I liked what I saw and signed up for a 30 day trial today.
 
Sign up was easy and I quickly received an email with all the necessary information.
 
I had no problem logging in to the admin panel and working with the setup but could not get ftp to work.
 
I submitted a support request (yes, I know the hours), so far no response.
 
But now everything is gone, I can not access the frontend or the backend "page cannot be displayed". I know it is from the ViArt server because everything else works fine for me.
 
Qusetion is, is anyone else having problems or do I have to wait until Monday for support???

All I can say is that if you liked what you saw you will like it even more when (eventually) you use it.
Can't talk for Viart but as they are about to release a new version I would not be surprised about some delay.
I just recommend to be patient if you can - they will help you. And they do work long hours so you may not have to wait till Monday.

The site is back up and it is nice to hear encouring words from a "happy" user. Too many times have I done my homework only to find the test was rigged.
