I am running Viart Standard 3.5, and have my shipping restrictions set to "can ship only within USA" for all of my products.
I have gotten 2 customer emails over this last week reporting that they have gotten an error saying that these products will not ship to the US. If I go and reset the products to ship anywhere, hit apply, change it back to "only USA," then hit update, this appears to solve the problem at least temporarily.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...I hate to think how many sales I have lost because of this error that hasn't been reported to me by customers.
Thanks in advance,
Greg

I've had this happen as well, I thought it was just one customer but it probably has been more.
Post when you get a reply from the Viart support people

loooking at a download from my site it looks like most of the shipping restictions fields got wiped out (probably in an upload), I've seen this before when the products with shipping rates at the product level got wiped out.

I submitted a case on this the night of the 8th, and it was reassigned the night of the 11th. so far I have not heard anything one way or the other.

I got a reply from Viart on this case today:
"As we can see all these products don't have any restrictions now hence we can see no problems. If you need to set for all products some shipping rule (e.g.
shipping only within US) you can use SQL query for this purpose."
So as far as I can tell, they didn't fix it.. just said that because I had fixed the data not to use the shipping restrictions the problem in the code does not matter.
Has anyone gotten a fix to this that does not include removing the shipping restrictions?
