Can I setup my system so I have certain products ship with 1 carrier and other products with a different one.
 
For instance small packages are cheaper for me to ship via Canada Post, where as bigger ones are cheaper via UPS.

Hi, We have our site setup with two different carriers. Ours is however setup a little differently than yours, I expect you could customise it to suit. Ours is setup with customer choice of either Courier or Normal Post. Also, as a matter of interest we previously had it setup in such a way that the system would select the carrier automatically by a pre determined cart cost.
