I am selling the same types of products in my store. All items will have the same shipping cost but if you buy more than one I want the additional shipping cost per each new item added to cart to be different. Like this. For example all hats will be $9.95 shipping.
 
I only see way to add shipping method to say cost per order or cost per item.
 
$9.95 for the first hat - $4.00 for each additional hat.
 
International Orders:
$19.95 + $8 for each additional hat.

I figured out that I can make this happen by adding shipping methods for every amount of hat and the full order equaling the amount based on what I what to happen.
 
So I have a method for 2 hats the shipping should be 13.95, and a method for 3 hats the shipping should be 17.95, etc....
 
I did this for 1 through 10, but if you order 11 hats you get free shipping. So I'm not quite there yet to figure it out.

Actually it is possible to achieve with one shipping method with the following settings:
 
Shipping Cost Per Order: 5.95
Shipping Cost For each Product: 4.00
 
Then in case user orders one item the price will be 9.95, two items - 13.95, ...etc.
